By accessing or using our website, mobile experience, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
Proptell is a technology platform that enables property Owners, Builders, and PG/Hostel Operators to list properties directly and connect with prospective Renters and Buyers, without involving brokers. Proptell is not a real estate broker, agent, valuer, or a party to any transaction between Users. We do not verify title, ownership, or the legal status of any property, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any Listing.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Users posting Listings are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information, images, and documents they upload. Proptell reserves the right to remove any Listing that it believes, in its sole discretion, is fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or in violation of applicable law.
Proptell offers tiered subscription plans (including Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers across Owner, Renter, Builder, and PG/Hostel segments), one-time lead packs, and featured-listing add-ons, on a monthly or annual billing cycle as selected at checkout.
All payments on the Platform are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you authorise us and our payment gateway partner to process the transaction in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines.
Subscription fees, once billed, are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Plan features, pricing, and quotas may be revised from time to time; changes will apply prospectively from your next billing cycle.
Proptell does not charge or receive brokerage on any property transaction and does not guarantee that any Listing will result in a completed sale, rental, or booking. Any negotiation, agreement, payment, or transaction between Users occurs entirely outside the Platform and at the Users' own risk. Proptell is not responsible for disputes arising from such transactions.
All trademarks, logos, design elements, and site content (excluding User-submitted Listing content) are the property of Proptell. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Proptell disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy of Listings, lead quality, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proptell's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Proptell in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Proptell harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your Listings, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, any complaints or concerns regarding content on the Platform may be addressed to the Grievance Officer above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
